Project Win
Congratulations!! Turner and Polk & Associates Construction Inc. for winning the East Bank Redevelopment project. The initial development area includes 30 acres of city-owned land on the East Bank surrounding the Nashville Stadium. The plan is to transform the primarily industrial East Bank area into a vibrant and thriving neighborhood that will activate the East Bank for generations.

Bethel Community Church Pavilion
It was a blessing for Polk & Associates Construction Inc., to be a part of not only the construction of the beautiful 5000 square feet Pre-Engineered Metal Structure but to be part of the prayer dedication and ribbon cutting of the Bethel Pavilion. We are happy to be apart of seeing a dream years in the making finally come true for the Bethel Community Church.
MLS Geodis Park
Geodis Park, known during development and construction as Nashville SC Stadium and Nashville Fairgrounds Stadium, is a 30,000-seat soccer-specific stadium at the historic Nashville Fairgrounds in Nashville, Tennessee. It is the home of Major League Soccer club Nashville SC. Polk & Associates Construction Inc., worked alongside IWR North America to install all the exterior metal paneling on the stadium.

Polk & Associates Construction Inc., was a proud trade partner for the construction of this 90,000 sf airplane maintenance hangar; it includes a main hangar bay, parts storage, shop space, training rooms, locker rooms, break rooms and offices.
Contract Award: National Park
